Stuck in quiz, no way out

Other than going in right back where I was last time I had time to quiz myself there seems to be no way other than going through all the questions to start over. It could use to access to a menu w/a few simple options like start quiz over. Also, theres no way to choose one aspect, ie. skeletal, to quiz yourself. I understand its a game but its a learning tool also. On the other hand graphics are good and is a decent tool just needs tweaks and escape route.
